By accessing or using Capfa, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum legal age in your country) and able to enter into these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account and credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases and auto-renewal are handled by Google Play, the App Store, or a payment gateway.

You can turn off auto-renewal in that store’s settings before the period ends.

Refunds are subject to the relevant store’s policy.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app in accordance with these terms.

You own the content you create. You grant us permission to process that content solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for the legality and publication of your content.

Creating or publishing unlawful, abusive or infringing content, or using the app for deception or spam, is prohibited.

Reverse engineering, abusing the infrastructure or bypassing limits is not allowed.

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. Review and edit it before publishing.

You are ultimately responsible for content you publish.

The Capfa brand, design and software belong to us and may not be used without permission.

If you breach these terms, we may limit your access or suspend your account.

The service is provided "as is" with no guarantee that it will be flawless or uninterrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, Capfa is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new version.
